Evaluation Systems
EZchip offers a variety of evaluation systems to expedite development of systems based on our network processors. They are designed to be used as an evaluation system for use by system vendors that design their own NP-based systems.
NP-4 Evaluation System
Compact hardware platform based on EZchip’s NP-4 network processor. The 1.5U stand-alone or rack-mountable system offers a modular configuration of variety of 1-Gigabit Ethernet (SFP) and 10-Gigabit Ethernet (SFP+) ports.

NP-3 EZappliance
The compact hardware platform based on EZchip’s NP-3 30-Gigabit network processor. EZappliance is a powerful platform that maybe utilized by EZchip’s customers as a tool on which to develop and test their application-specific software and expedite the introduction of their NP-3 based systems to the market.

NPA Evaluation System

NP-2 EZ-System
The compact EZ-System features ten 1-Gigabit Ethernet ports (or one 10-Gigabit port) and a complete data plane and control plane solution. The highly flexible NP-2 network processor provides 20-Gigabit data plane processing and classifying while a RadiSys® PrPMC Mezzanine Card provides control plane processing.

AdvancedTCA® Evaluation Board
The NP-2 ATCA Board is based on the AdvancedTCA® standard and provided as a blade that can be plugged into an ATCA-compliant chassis. Similar to EZ-System, it features ten 1-Gigabit Ethernet ports (or one 10-Gigabit port) and a complete data plane and control plane solution. The highly flexible NP-2 provides 20-Gigabit data plane processing and classifying while a RadiSys® PrPMC Mezzanine Card provides control plane processing. |

Software Environment
A comprehensive software environment with support for the Linux® and VxWorks® operating systems is provided. EZchip also provides customers with a broad applications library.
